Description
1964 Rabbit 90 – Black and white 5″ x 12 1/2″ ad for the Motor Scooter that “…represents the most sweeping change ever seen in 2-wheel transportation”. The picture in the ad shows a light colored Rabbit 90 parked with an attractive lady leaning over next to it with a stick with a bag tied to the end, like the hobos of old, resting on her shoulder. The headline says “What a Wonderful Way to Go!” and claims that it is “Highly recommended for Gentlemen, their Lady Friends and the Young at Heart”. The text mentions it having an electric starter, automatic centrifugal clutch and many other extras with a price of only $310. It mentions a contest going on where a Rabbit 90 was being given away with a simple registration needed at one of the many West Coast dealers listed.
