Description
Oldsmobile 98 – Full color 9 1/2″ x 12″ ad has a photo of a man with his hand on the roof of a Green Two-Door that is sitting on front of a line of men working at blueprint desks. The ad headline states “The daily grind. Dilemmas. Decisions. Details. Wouldn’t it be nice to have an Escape Machine?” The headline that precedes the text calls it the “1970 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight, the grand luxury car”. It then begins to describe the ultimate comfort of this car. It describes the “velvet-glove treatment”, the fact that it “Cradles you ever so gently on a soothing 127-inch wheelbase”, that it “pampers you with a full range of power assists” and “caters to your sense of style with magnificent interiors”.
