Full color 9″ x 13 1/4″ ad that is designed for Newport King Size Filter Cigarettes. This pleasing ad matches the top headline “…More refreshing to begin with…more refreshing all the way”. The ad picture shows two men in bathing suits and a woman in a one-piece suit all holding hands as they are coming ashore in waist-deep water in a section of water on a rocky beach. The ad headline starts off by saying that “Newport refreshes while you smoke”. It then claims that “Only Newport gives you the soothing coolness of menthol plus a refreshing hint of mint…in a blend of the world’s finest quality tobaccos. It’s this exclusive combination that makes Newport so refreshing”.
