Description
Black and white 91/2″ x 13″ ad for their Dec-La-Tay Front-Close Bra. The ad has a picture of a city scene that looks to have been taken from a skyscraper which is one of many that are under construction. A lady wearing a white dress, white gloves and a Dec-La-Tay bra is standing with one foot in the hook of a cable that has been raised fifty stories or so by a crane. She is spreading her arms in a triumphant arrival and is saying “I dreamed I got a lift in my Maidenform bra!”. I may be wrong but this ad may have been inspired by the ill-fated doll, Construction Site Barbie. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.
