The first is the Pineapple Cheese Cake with which you would “Dazzle your friends with this glorious combination – a golden swirl of Libby’s Pineapple on delicate cheese cake. You want big juicy slices of finest Hawaiian pineapple for this recipe so be sure to get Libby’s. Just mix 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt. Blend thoroughly with one 8-ounce package cream cheese. Beat 3 eggs well, add 1/3 cup cream and combine gradually with cheese mixture. Pour into 9-inch pie plate lined with crumb crust. Bake at 325 F. 35 minutes. Decorate with crumbs and half slices of Libby’s Pineapple“. Second is the Peach Snowball. You would “Chill and drain Libby’s Peach Halves – be sure to use Libby’s because they’re the juicy, tree-ripened kind that makes the most wonderful deserts. Put together two Libby’s Peach Halves with softened cream cheese mixed with shredded coconut, and add cherry for garnish”.
