Full color 9 1/2″ x 13 1/2″ ad for their Pure Concord Grape Jelly and Preserves, one of “20 flavors…all fresh-fruit good!”. There is a delicious-looking picture that shows grapes sitting in an earthenware bowl surrounded by leaves that are in the process of turning colors. The text assures us that “These grapes have known no wrath” and they have been cared for and nurtured by the sun and the earth. The time has now come, when they are “still dappled with dew”, that they are to be treated to the “flavor saving magic of Kraft’s quick-cooking method”. The ad encourages you to find them in their “sparkling glass jars”.
