Description

Kodak Camera Ad 1954 MayFull color 9 1/2″ x 13 1/2″ ad for Snapshots with Kodak Cameras. The headline says that “With today’s Kodak Cameras Snapshots are more fun than ever”. It claims that “You get 1. Black-and-white snapshots, 2. Full-color snapshots, 3. Flash snapshots…day and night, indoors and out…anytime, anywhere”. Pictured are three different cameras, with prices and information. It shows the Kodak Pony 135 Camera, Model B for $34.75, the Brownie Hawkeye Camera for $6.95 and the Kodak Duraflex II Camera, Kodet lens for $14.95. All good deals and, as the ad says, “Many Kodak dealers offer convenient terms”. At the bottom of the page there is another option that says that Kodak Film is planned to make picture-taking simple, easy, sure, at the click of a button. For black-and-white snapshots, look for Kodak Film in the new, thrifty Duo-Pak. Two rolls of film – one for your camera, one for a spare – in the popular 620, 120 and 127 sizes. Also available in single rolls. For full-color snaps, use Kodacolor Film – comes in all 6 popular sizes”.
