Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for their Skin Lotion. The ad has a large picture of a pair of female hands, both of which were soaked in a household detergent three times a day. The difference in these hands, and in the other 446 women that were in the test, is that the right hand had the luxury of being smoothed with Jergens Lotion while the left hand didn’t. The difference in this picture is obvious and as the ad headline claims “Jergens Lotion positively stops Detergent Hands”. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.
