The headline over this picture says “4 Youngsters to feed…Daily Housework and Chores on her Vermont farm…” then asks “How does Mrs. Bertha Robb keep that Romantic spark in her Marriage?”. There are five smaller pictures in this ad, three of them showing her hard at work with her children or her husband. The fourth picture shows her holding a bottle of Jergens Lotion and the caption begins “My secret for pleasing Herman…”. The final picture shows a bottle of this popular product for which the claim is made that it is “Used by more women than any other hand care in the world”.
