Description
Black and white 10″ x 13 1/2″ ad for their Blended Whiskey from Hiram Walker. The scene shown in the picture is of a boat dock or yacht club on a sunny day. A man dressed in a Captain’s hat has had his first mate, probably his wife, drive him in their three-wheeled cart to where a man stands waiting with a case of Imperial Whiskey. The smiling Captain is taking receipt of this case of valuable cargo which completes the loading for their overnight trip. The ad headline claims that “Knowledgeable people drink Imperial. It’s a matter of taste (and value).” This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.
