1960 Hillman – Full color 8″ x 11 1/2″ ad for the “Surprise of the Sixties” from Rootes Motors. There is a picture of a Two-Tone Blue Four Door Hillman parked in a romantic scene overlooking a body of water as a formally dressed couple stands admiring the view. The text gives a short list of features (such as a “Turnpike Power engine that gives you up to 35 miles a gallon”) and a price that starts at $1639.
