The ad has a picture of a lady bringing a plate filled with Oysters en Brochette to the table and the ad also contains a recipe for this delightful dish, just like they made it in Louisiana, with Heinz Tomato Ketchup. This ad is filled with poetic descriptions, first of the oyster dish as old Monsieur Picot makes it, then of the sight of the oysters being plunged onto the waiting Heinz and finally of what this Tomato Ketchup is made from.
