Hartford Ad 1960Black and white 9 3/4″ x 13 1/2″ ad for an ad from the Hartford Fire Insurance Company. This ad has a picture that shows a man standing in front of the camera while, behind him, are his wife preparing their baby for an evening in the playpen. I’m sure that it doesn’t play any part at all but the man is standing there with a smoking pipe held in his hands. The headline says that “All the convenience and economy of ‘packaged’ insurance – in the Homeowners Policy with Hartford Quality.
