Full color 9 1/2″ x 13 1/2″ ad for Imperial’s 86 proof Blended Whiskey made by Hiram Walker. There is an interesting drawing by Fred Ludekens of charred oak barrels being rolled into the rackhouse in Peoria to begin the process of distilling and then aging. The text talks a little bit about the process and reminds us that they have been making good whiskey for 89 years. The headline tells us that “It;s good to know! Imperial is made by Hiram Walker“.
