Description
Full color 9″ x 13 1/2″ ad for their Blended Whiskey. The picture shows a lake frozen over and filled with ice fishermen and shanties. In the front of the picture are four men gathered around a bulldog who stands in front of an ice shanty doghouse-size and holds his fishing line tautly in his teeth as the other end is secured to a stake pounded into the ice. The men, each holding a glass probably filled with some Four Roses, are watching the dog as if he is an acknowledged fishing guru and the headline says “The Four Roses Society goes fishing”. The text calls Four Roses a great combination, indoors or out and mentions a New Popular Price.
