Full color 9 1/2″ x 13 1/2″ ad that is another in the “Unsinkable chapter of the Four Roses Society“. In this ad for Four Roses Blended Whiskey we see a swimming pool in the middle of a summer day that is occupied by four men huddling around a yellow raft. Two of these guys are sitting on the raft and the other two are standing in the water and the four are talking as they each share from the two bottles of Four Roses in the versatile carrying case that is floating on the raft. The text says “All aboard for pleasure! Relax, mates, and enjoy the friendliest flavor in whiskey today. The stowaway, of course, is Four Roses – that high-spirited companion that rescues every party. No other whiskey gives you full strength and smoothness too. Every drop of this gloriously blended whiskey is mellowed perfection. And when rations run low, the Four Roses Society expects every man to do his duty.
