The ad compares this vehicle with a Red Thunderbird that sits in the upper corner of the ad. It talks about various features and claims that “You get them only in the New ’56 Ford“ and there are other drawings that refer to “The 202-h.p. Thunderbird Y-8”, the “New Ford seat belts”, the “New Lifeguard steering wheel”, the “New Lifeguard cushioning for instrument panel and sun visors” and the amazing “Ford‘s new Lifeguard door latches”.
