Full color 9 1/2″ x 13 1/2″ photo of the Cuban leader in the early days of his time in charge. The picture shows him sitting intently at a glass-topped desk wearing an olive uniform. The information provided with the picture identifies it as being during a weekly conference on economics which probably accounts for the look of dismay on his face.
