Description
1960 DKW – Black and white 9 3/4″ x 13 3/4″ ad for the 1960 DKW automobile. The photo in this ad has a picture that shows a DKW being driven up a sandy hill while, on a hill behind the one the car is being driven on, there are a man and a woman walking at a higher angle than the car is going. The ad headline claims that “DKW Does It!” and, below this, it says that “The Remarkable DKW Does Amazing Things On Only Three Cylinders And Looks Great Doing Them!”. The four sections in the lower text answers the questions “What Can It Do?”, “What Happened To The Rest Of The Cylinders?”, “Handsome Is As Handsome Does!” and then “Drive DKW And Decide!”.
