Description

Colgate Ad 1964Three color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for their Colgate 100 Mouthwash. There is a picture of an attractive lady on a city street wearing a surgeon’s mask so that people won’t notice her Bad Breath. The caption for that picture says “Don’t worry about bad breath” and the headline brags that “Now there’s Colgate 100, the new mouthwash that kills mouth odor completely”. The text claims that you will never have to worry about masking your breath and mentions “It’s remarkable benzethonium chloride formula” as the reason why. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.
