Description
Black and white 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for the many models of stylish cars that the Chrysler Company was offering in 1962. Over a drawing of a showroom filled with Chrysler cars and photographers documenting the unveiling we see Automotive Editor John Oakes talking to Bill Weaver who he has invited to this occasion. He is predicting that it “Looks like it’s going to be a Chrysler year, Bill!”. The text talks about the excess weight being removed which accounts for the 11% increase in acceleration with an increase in gas economy too. There is a drawing of a young man urging you to “Ask Dad to stop by the dealer’s with you and see for yourself”.
