Full color 9 3/4″ x 13″ ad that has the ad headline tells us just what is being offered for dinner, it says “Hot dog! Campbell’s Vegetable Beef Soup!“. There is a big bowl of this soup next to a hot dog, one of the many from behind this plate, lathered up with relish and mustard. The ad text tells us that “Everybody loves hot dogs. Everybody loves soup – especially Campbell’s Vegetable Beef. Put them together and there’s a meal – tempting and nourishing. Hungry? Reach for that Campbell’s. It’s right on your shelf”.
