Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad that introduces a Brand-New Soup, Campbell’s Beef Noodle Soup. The top of the ad has a drawing of an excited lady rushing into her grocery store where an employee is nailing up a sign that says “Glad News for 30 Million Housewives”. There is a picture of a bowl of this product next to the caption that calls it “So Hearty and Homey…So Nourishing and Good!”. The text talks about the flavor being Beef, Beef and, well, Egg Noodles when they tell you it is made with Beef Broth with “generous pieces of choice beef” and “plenty of egg noodles”. They called this soup a Spoon Tempter and urged you to get a can so you could hear “‘Ah’s’ and ‘Oh’s’ going round the table.
