Camaro Ad February 1967Camaro – Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for some of the Hi-Performance Reasons to consider buying a Camaro. The top picture in the ad shows the front end of a Dark-Colored Camaro with the “SS” prominent in the grill and the headline explaining that Camaro handles steady because it stands wide”. At the bottom of the ad is a picture of a Yellow Camaro SS Sport Coupe with Rally Sport equipment being driven with two occupants along a dirt road on a Fall day. The text features three points to consider. The forst is that the Camaro has a 59-inch stance which contributes to its amazing ability to handle on curvy roads. The second point is the engines that are available in the SS series. You could now get a 396-cu in with 325 hp as well as the standard 350 cu-in with 295 hp.
