Description
Cadillac – Full color 10″ x 13 3/4″ ad that shows two 1967 Cadillacs parked in a rustic-looking setting as the people are talking to a man on a horse on the other side of the gate. The Blue Two-Door is having the luggage taken from the trunk while the White Two-Door seems to be there, just for show. The ad headline asks the question, “Will you pay the price of a Cadillac…and not get one?”, and, I guess we have to read the ad to find out. It says that “Literally thousands of people are driving cars that cost as much as a Cadillac – yet provide far less in motoring satisfaction, distinction and lasting value. A few minutes with an authorized Cadillac dealer and a few miles at the wheel of a Cadillac can prevent you from making an unnecessary compromise. The fact is, if you’re planning to buy in the medium price range, an investigation could show that you are very close to a Cadillac in cost. And it is generally acknowledged that a Cadillac holds its value so well that it actually costs less to own than many lower priced cars. Right now, your authorized dealer has a fine selection of models and colors – with all the advanced engineering, superb performance and many safety features that make a Cadillac a Cadillac. Every year you wait is costing you its price in personal pleasure and satisfaction”.
