Full color 10″ x 13″ ad for this Tropic Isle in Sarasota Bay, Florida. There are several pictures that give the readers an idea of this project of the Arvida Realty Co.. There is a picture of the waterfront, but the caption admits that this picture was NOT taken on Bird Key, an artist’s drawing of the proposed Bird Key Yacht Club and another picture that shows a model of Bird Key. The text talks about some of the features of this resort, talks about what it is close to and gives a price range of lots going from $9,000 to $32,000. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.
