Full color 9 3/4″ x 13″ ad that is advertising Bacardi Light, Dry Rum. This is very much of a holiday related ad since the headline in this ad says there is “Now a brand-new easy way to make a perfect Bacardi Eggnog“. The recipe calls for Four steps; the first one is: Pour a quart of eggnog mix (as supplied by your dairy) into a punch bowl. No. 2 says: Stir in half a bottle of Bacardi, light or dark. No. 3 says that: Now the secret that will get real raves from your guests is to mix in half a pint of whipped cream, and then chill in your refrigerator to blend the ingredients. No. 4 says: Top individual servings with a light sprinkling of nutmeg and serve. Traditional, jolly and delicious. Serves 4 people three times. The ad also has a “Terrific Idea for Making a Production of it” and, the bottom half of the ad, shows a table set with glasses of eggnog with three stuffed dolls in there too.
