1961 Mercedes-Benz – Full color 10″ x 14″ ad with the headline “Most treasured trophy in the trove”. Pictured on this ad is a light colored Mercedes-Benz parked on the racetrack where the man in the racing suit sits talking with somebody standing outside. Toward the front of the ad is an assortment of trophies and cups while at the front of these sits the hood ornament of the Meredes-Benz. The text talks about how the item that is most in-focus is “The inimitable star of Mercedes-Benz“ before talking about some of the other trophies that the drivers, and the cars, have won.
