Description

Dodge Dart Ad October 1967Dodge Dart – Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for the car that they call the “Best-looking reason in the world to save money”. There is a large picture of a Light Yellow Dart parked in an area that overlooks a series of sun-soaked hills and several smaller pictures that show specifics. The first smaller picture shows a brunette in a flowered dress lying across the hood with the caption that starts the question “What’s groovy outside,”. The next picture is of the car’s interior through the opened doors with the brunette and a young man lying in the wildflowers visible in the background and the caption “roomy inside,”. The last picture is of this lady leaning against the driver side taillight with a seductive look on her face while the caption continues “makes the girls purr…”. The headline continues “and gives you Dodge Fever before responding with the inevitable answer of the ’68 Dodge Dart. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.
