This ad starts off with a cartoon showing the Campbell’s Guy wearing chef’s clothing and working away at the kitchen stove making, soup, and the Campbell’s Girl is standing behind him showing signs of her appreciation. The ad tells us that it’s “Quick and easy! Thrifty, too; Campbell’s Soups are good for you!”. The picture of the table shows a big bowl of Campbell’s Chicken with Rice Soup there with a spoon perched upon the edge. The table, breakfast, I would imagine, has a plate with several rolls on it and a pot filled with strawberry jelly there too. The ad text tells us that it “Tastes so good…You’ll enjoy it time and time again! Every sunny bowlful gives you fragrant, golden broth…tender pieces of the best parts of the chicken…fluffy, long grain rice. All delicately seasoned the Campbell way for that delicious flavor.
