The headline in this ad says “Truly American” at the top of the ad and, below the picture, it says “…And Truly Good!”. It then calls this soup as “Homey as a Spinning Wheel…Delicious as Fine Chicken Can Make It” before going into the further descriptions. “Set brimming plates of this grand old-time soup before a hungry family and you treat them to some pretty wonderful eating! For chicken noodle soup is a dish that Americans have always delighted in – from ‘way back in Colonial times.
