It then says that “A low ‘tar’ cigarette is a complex system of interacting parts. The tobacco. The filter. And even the paper. Decade is the first low ‘tar’ in which all the parts have been arranged in perfect balance with each other. This is the Decade “Total System”. And this is why Decade is the first low ‘tar’ with a taste worth smoking”.
