Black and white 10″ x 13 1/2″ ad for their Imperial brand of Hiram Walker Blended Whiskey for which they say that “Taste is the name of the game”. The picture chosen for this ad shows a night of watching someone’s movies but the projector has just unreeled the whole movie. The man running the projector, and his wife, seem fairly upset about it but the rest of the people are in tears laughing. The man in the front, the one with a half-empty glass of Imperial is looking into the photographer’s camera. The ad is saying “Imperial intermission, but the show goes on… This rich tasting whiskey is just a sip smoother than the rest. Hiram Walker makes it that way. Game for taste? Taste Imperial. One of America’s largest selling whiskeys”.
