Description
Three color 5″ x 12 1/2″ ad for their Blended Canadian Whisky. There is a copy of a painting by Ray Johnson that shows the gold-rush in 1808 where so many miners and settlers raced into the Northwest that “Mounties” were doing full-time duty trying to keep order. The text explains that as the Royal Canadian “Mounties” are “a world-famed symbol of integrity, dependability and above all, authority”, Harwood’s Canadian is to millions, something that they can “always depend for lightness, true authority and unchanging quality”.
