Early Times Bourbon Whiskey Ad December 1956Full color 10″ x 14″ ad that is for Early Times Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky. This ad has a picture of a Christmas scene where there are three men dressed up and checking presents on a Christmas tree that is nestled into a curved staircase. The headline for this picture says that you should “Give As Good As You Serve…Early Times. Along the right hand side of this picture there are four smaller pictures, the first one says that “If you insist on giving your friends gifts as good as you want for yourself…”. The second one asks if you are “Throwing a small party or two? Buy the new Early Times Holiday Two-Pak. The third picture asks if you are “Having many guests? Your retailer has the Early Times Holiday Six-Pak. The last picture says that “For the season of parties and as an extra supply of gifts. Buy Early Times by the case”. It then ends with “364 days a year of enjoyment point to the holiday use of this remarkably good whisky. Of all the fine whiskies made in Kentucky…and these are the world’s best…Kentuckians themselves overwhelmingly choose Early Times over all other straight whiskies. You know you’ll enjoy a bourbon with a recommendation this good”.
