Description
Black and white 3″ x 13″ ad for their Imported Champagne. The headline assures us that “Yes…there’s still plenty of Mumm’s Champagne“ and explains that this is due to “Huge stocks brought over before the fall of France”. It goes on to say that “For more than a year prior to the occupation of France, we accumulated in this country large stocks of Mumm’s Cordon Rouge and Mumm’s Extra Dry in addition to our usual large shipments”. They do admit that the prices will be slightly higher than before the war.
