Description
Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Coupe – Black and white 7 1/2″ x 10 3/4″ ad that shows how this car would appeal to the Fisherman in your life. There is a drawing of a man burdened down with fishing gear standing in knee-deep water and casting his rod which has a nice bend to it as though his work is about to be rewarded. The headline, referring to either the car or the fish on his line, calls it “A Big Catch!” and the text talks about the car in terms that an outdoorsman would appreciate. It talks about being able to “Slip down the roughest trails”, to “take fishbook turns” as you “overpower a steep hill”. It compliments the Glide-Ride front suspension by claiming that “You glide like a birchbark canoe” and mentions being able to choose from either the Turbo-Fire V8 or the Blue-Flame 6’s. It continues mentioning improvements in this car and finally asks, “What’s new with the Motoramic Chevrolet? Everything!“.
