Black and white (with the soup boxes having color) 10″ x 13″ ad with a large photo of a little girl who looks to be a little bit hungry. She is eating from a bowl of soup, they would like us to believe that it is Lipton’s, and she has placed her chin on the edge of the bowl as she inserts the spoon into her mouth. The ad lets us know: “Two new Lipton soups for hungry-day lunches. Cream Style Chicken Soup, rich and robust. Country Style Potato Soup with chunks of tender potato to bite into. New, hefty nourishment from Lipton…in soups that taste like mother just cooked them”.
