Description

Kellogg’s Ad November 1967Full color 9 1/2″ x 14″ ad for their Kellogg’s Corn Flakes. There is a picture of a man looking like Sigmund Freud complete with a white beard and a dark suit sitting on the couch that a patient would occupy in an attempt to be relaxed. This man is pouring cereal from a box of Kellogg’s Corn Flakes into a white bowl as his spiral notebook rests on his lap. The headline states that “He claims you can un-split a ‘split personality'” and the text claims that he thinks everyone has one, but only pertaining to whether or not to get up in the morning. The nourishment and flavor of Kellogg’s Corn Flakes will un-split everyone’s split personalities, according to this man.
