Description
Full color 7 3/4″ x 11 1/2″ ad that has a woman, Margery Wilson, standing and saying, without her lips moving, “In my home…salads must be made with Real Mayonnaise Really Fresh”. There is a four-panel cartoon that shows two ladies sitting and eating lunch. The first lady compliments the food and the other mentions that it must be a terrible job to make mayonnaise. In the second frame a third figure enters the script. The maid brings the container of mayonnaise and the first lady says that “It’s fresher even than homemade”. In the last frame the two ladies are standing and talking as the second one is saying that she will stop off and buy a jar of Real Mayonnaise. There is a recipe for making Salad Royal if you can find “30 galax leaves”.
