Description
Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for their Lady Borden Ice Cream. There is a picture of a birthday party in progress for Beulah and Elmer is roaring at Elsie. In the headline she is asking “Is it foolish to tell husbands everything?” and the text gives more of the story. Elsie had done this spur-of-the-moment party without letting Elmer know and he is upset but Elsie starts telling him how the Lady Borden Coconut Pineapple Ice Cream was a hit and he starts complaining about too much information. He begins to settle down when he realizes that there is still some left for him. The ad also mentions their Buttermilk and gives a few tips on preparing food. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.
