Description
Black and white 4 3/4″ x 6 1/4″ ad for their Reel type lawn mowers that were equipped with a Weed Topper. Recognizing the fact that the Reel type mowers faired poorly in a yard filled with weeds they installed a serrated blade in the front of these mowers with the intention of “topping the weeds ahead of the reel enabling the reel to cut the obnoxious weeds off short…”. This was listed as a “Fundamental Improvement” and was available on Moto-Boy and Scout Lawn Mowers.
