Full color 9 1/2″ x 13 1/2″ ad for their Dual-Purpose Q.T. Tanning Products. The headline claims that Q.T. “Tans you in 3 to 5 Hours Without the Sun…or With the Sun”. There are two pictures of a blonde lady lying on her left side with a bottle of Q.T. in her right hand. In the first picture she is wearing a nightgown and the caption says “Indoors, tans you overnight!” and in the second photo she is wearing a two-piece bathing suit and the caption says “Outdoors, deepens your tan”. The text explains that it will allow you to “Save Time” and mentions that it contains Ketochromin which is identified as a “natural tanning agent”. It talks about being “Safety Proved in Medical Tests” and says that you can “Glamorize Legs, Save on Stockings”. It also claims that a test has shown that an overnight tanning with Q.T. gave a tan that outdid one hour a day in the sun for a week.
