Description

Silf Skin Girdle Ad 1953Black and white 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for their Girdles and Pantie Girdles. The ad has a picture of a woman who was lying on her back. She has removed her skirt and is performing the same acrobatic maneuver that is seen on the front of the package, namely bringing her right foot back and touches the floor by her head to show the lack of wrinkles or bunching in the product. The ad headline asks “What’s Different about Silf Skin?” and proceeds to ask four questions and provide the proper answers. The ad gives a price of $5.00 for this product “at fine stores everywhere”. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.
