Description
Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for Smirnoff Vodka with famed comedian Sid Caesar. The ad has a picture of the evening sky with a city skyline in the background where a group of well-dressed people are mingling in evening clothes on a balcony with no railing. Sid Caesar, dressed in a tux, is being lifted by a construction hook into the picture. To make his entrance a more friendly situation he is burdened down with at least six bottles of Smirnoff and two glasses. The headline urges you to “Get your party off the ground with Smirnoff“ and the text assures you that with Smirnoff you will be able to make the best of any drink. It reminds us that it is filtered through 14,000 pounds of activated charcoal and questions “Why wonder which whiskey to give when you know the right vodka?”.
